Who makes GetGroceryPOS?
GetGroceryPOS is operated by SOHOON Technologies. It is the grocery edition of a point-of-sale family; the hub that compares every edition is SmartPOSHub.
Is the software new?
No. GetGroceryPOS is a hosted, white-labelled edition of an established point-of-sale platform, set up and supported by our team for grocery stores.
Where are you based?
We are an online software company. We do not run a walk-in office yet. We serve United States, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan remotely by phone, video and WhatsApp.
Why a grocery edition?
Grocers need scales, PLUs, EBT, case packs and many languages, and most POS brands treat those as afterthoughts. One edition focused on the grocery counter can explain and support them properly.
When do you answer?
Within 1 business day. Hours are listed on the contact page, in America/New York time.
Can I see real customer reviews?

Do you sell hardware?
