Country questions, answered.

8 questions on the shelf

  1. Which countries do you sell in?

The United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan, each with its own prices, payment habits and support channel.

  2. Why don’t prices just convert from dollars?

Because buying power differs. We set round local prices for each market, for example Pakistan plans in round rupee amounts, instead of converting at today’s exchange rate.

  3. Does it handle VAT in the UAE?

Yes. Set 5% VAT as a tax rate and price items with tax included. We don’t claim UAE e-invoicing certification.

  4. Is it FBR-integrated in Pakistan?

We don’t claim FBR POS integration. If you are a Tier-1 retailer with FBR integration duties, ask us on a demo before relying on GetGroceryPOS for it.

  5. Do you support ZATCA in Saudi Arabia?

A ZATCA e-invoicing add-on module exists for the software. We don’t sell into Saudi Arabia yet; ask us if you are planning a store there.

  6. Can one owner have stores in two countries?

Each business has one currency, so stores in two countries are set up as two businesses. Ask us on a demo.

  7. Is SNAP/EBT available outside the US?

No. SNAP is a US federal program; UAE and Pakistan stores use local payment methods.

  8. Are the US, UAE and Pakistan the only countries?

Yes for now. If you run a grocery elsewhere, contact us and tell us where; we add countries when we can support them properly.
