Do I need a website for my grocery store?
Most customers check hours, specials and whether you carry an item before they visit. A clear site with your Google profile connected brings those people to your door. If you only need an online catalogue, the free online store may be enough.
What does the managed website cost?
$59 a month plus a $199 setup fee in the US; AED 219 (VAT included) in the UAE; Rs 4,999 plus sales tax in Pakistan. The setup fee is waived in the Store Bundle.
Do I have to use your POS?
No. The managed website works on its own. If you do use GetGroceryPOS, we can link your online store from the site.
How do I send changes?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with the change or next week’s specials. Changes go live within 2 business days.
Can the site be in two languages?
Yes. English plus your customers’ language, written natively, not machine-translated. Right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name; if you leave, we hand over your content and images.
Is hosting included?
Yes: hosting, SSL certificate, backups and software updates are included in the monthly price.
Can you set up my Google Business Profile?
We connect your site to your profile and make sure hours, categories and the website link are right. You stay the owner of the profile.
