Language questions, answered.
8 questions on the shelf
Can staff use the POS in their own language?
Yes. Language is a per-user setting: each cashier chooses it in their profile, and the owner can use another language on the next screen.
Which languages are built in?
8 ship ready: English, Español (Spanish), العربية (Arabic), हिन्दी (Hindi), Français (French), Deutsch (German), Nederlands (Dutch), Shqip (Albanian).
How do Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Urdu work?
They are set up as custom translations of the interface during onboarding, and you can ask us to change any word your staff find odd.
Are Arabic and Urdu screens right to left?
The text is right to left. Some screens keep a left-to-right layout; tell us on the demo how your team works and we show you.
Can product names be in two languages?
Yes, any script. Many stores write “Tofu 豆腐” or “Plátano / Banana” so every cashier can read them.
Will receipts print in my language?
Receipt text and product names can be in your language. Printing Chinese, Korean, Arabic or Urdu depends on your printer’s fonts; printing as an image from the browser usually works.
Is this website in my language too?
The home, pricing and contact pages are in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic and Urdu; the rest of the site is in English for now.
Can I get a demo in my language?
Yes, pick the language on the demo form.
