What it doesn’t do (yet).
- No EBT online. Online SNAP needs separate USDA approval.
- Template layout. You choose logo, colours and products; the layout is standard. A custom design is the managed website.
- Delivery is yours to run. Pickup and your own delivery work; third-party delivery apps are a separate setup to ask about on your demo.
- Weighed items online are estimates. Price per lb is shown; the final weight is on the receipt at pickup.

Do I really get an online store with every plan?
Yes. When you add products, a simple online store is generated from your catalogue at no extra cost. It shows the products you choose to sell online, with prices, photos and stock.
Do I have to build it?
No. Add your logo and photos and choose which products appear. Everything else comes from the catalogue you already keep for the register.
Does it update when I change prices?
Yes. Prices and stock come from the same catalogue as the register, so a price change or a sale shows up online too.
Can customers pay online?
Online payments run through a payment processor you connect; ask on your demo which ones are supported in your country. Many grocers start with order-ahead and pay at pickup.
Can customers pay online with SNAP/EBT?
No. Online SNAP is a separate USDA program with its own approval; the generated store does not take EBT.
What is the difference with the managed website?
The online store is automatic and template-based. The managed grocery website is designed for your store by our team, with your story, specials and local search setup, and kept up to date for you.
Can my store show product names in Spanish or Chinese?
Yes. It shows the names you typed, in any script, so customers can search the way they talk.
Can I hide items I don’t want online?
Yes. Choose which products and categories appear. Many stores hide meat-counter items sold by weight and show packaged goods and specials.
